One of the best seats in the house on May Day is the WHOA! float.
This year you may get to ride with Spirit down the Parade route. The theme for Woodside’s Day of the Horse this year is Safari, so Spirit will be inviting lots of wild creatures to join him on the float.
Entry Details
Entering is easy – just or paint a picture of your favorite horse or donkey that you see around town, whether it is walking the trails or in a pasture near your house or the school. If your picture is a winner you will get a ticket to ride along!
All entries will be displayed on the WHOA! float during the parade and the winners will also be featured at the Horse Fair during Woodside’s Day of the Horse in October.
Entry Deadline
Artwork is due at the Woodside Elementary office by April 25, 2025. Please write your name, phone number and parent’s email on the back of the paper.
