Project Description
WHOA! is pleased to support the outreach work of Caring Cowgirl with funds that will help support their mission to advocate accessibility for the next generation of equestrian enthusiasts from all diverse ethnic backgrounds, the Latinx community, and for children of immigrants like founder Liz Evans.
The funds will be used for the Mini Mobile Unit program specifically for ongoing visits to Bret Hart Elementary School in San Francisco. They teach and honor bilingualism, bi-literacy and multiculturalism.
Caring Cowgirl is a (501c3) nonprofit, full inclusion program that advocates democratizing equine activities by providing safe and assisted access to horses and donkey to underserved and overlooked communities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
