Thanks to donations from the community including WHOA! ($10,000) and other supporters – Friends of Huddart and Wunderlich, San Mateo County Parks Foundation, Bay Area Barns, Los Viajeros Riding Club, Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County, San Mateo County Horsemen’s Association, Woodside Community Foundation and individual hikers and runners. San Mateo County Parks completed the project by adding erosion control to the steep hillsides. This trail by pass has been repaired and reopened July 2018.
